Every so often we like to showcase members of our team, not as the consummate professionals they are, but as everyday citizens in the Lowcountry. This week our spotlight is on Ruthie Smythe. Born and raised in Charleston, Ruthie knows a thing or two about Lowcountry living. She is passionate about her native city, has a gracious understanding of its history and relishes at showing it off. Oh... and she knows how to throw one heck of a party. Ever the hostess, we captured Ruthie in action at her family's beach house where she fills us in on what makes living in the Lowcountry so special.
