The Takeaway
Charleston County saw a modest uptick in new listings for single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums compared to June 2024. Overall inventory across all three categories has grown by nearly 30%, accompanied by a similar increase in days on market. These shifts indicate a move toward a more balanced market between buyers and sellers.
In Downtown Charleston, however, inventory levels and average days on market have remained relatively consistent year compared to 2024.
